Introducing the results of the Study on “Supporting the implementation of the Technical Cooperation for Enhanced Capacity Development component of the EU Operational Framework on Aid Effectiveness” Objectives - Support a renewed approach to Technical Cooperation for enhanced Capacity Development. - Promote an harmonized approach to effective TC and CD at EU level. - Feed into the EU reporting to the HLF-4 on AE (Busan November 2011). Outcomes - Provide a state of the art information on MS approaches to TC and CD. - Identify proposals for possible future action
