This document outlines the objective of the TAF, its main activities and menthod of work. Several missions have already been undertaken by the Technical Assistance Facility (TAF); assistance missions were undertaken in Liberia, Burundi, Rwanda, Eritrea, Ivory coast, Nigeria, Togo, Cape Verde, as well as to Mozambique and to Ghana and many more are still to come.
