FAQ: Financial and Contractual Questions Answered

Participants of the 2018 Inception Seminar raised various questions about the financial and contractual administration and implementation of DEAR projects, which are answered in this FAQ.

It is important to note that the document does not replace the conditions mentioned in the project contract or the relevant PRAG – the latter takes precedence.  For answers to specific questions, project managers should contact their DEAR Task Manager.
