Georgia: Recommendations document on national roaming access terms and conditions, as well as MVNO access terms and conditions

A set of recommendations for conditions of National Roaming and Mobile Virtual Network Operator Access in Georgia, developed by PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory LLC under an agreement with Georgia’s National Communications Commission.

The purpose of the document is to establish fair and non-discriminatory terms and conditions for national roaming and mobile virtual network operators, and to develop recommendations for the Communications Commission that might lead to the adoption of further regulations.
