Illegal logging in Ukraine: Diagnostic Audit

This joint report provides an overview of the policy, legal and institutional set-up in Ukraine and was undertaken in order to evaluate the country’s capacity to address the issue of illegal logging. It should be read in conjunction with the Fact-Finding Assessment, produced under the same project, which describes the state of play in the forestry sector as regards the scope and extent of illegal logging activities in the country.
