This joint publication provides an overview of the state of play in the forestry sector in Ukraine as regards the scope and extent of illegal logging activities. It should be read in conjunction with the Diagnostic Audit, produced under the same project, which describes the policy, legal and institutional set-up in Ukraine and evaluates the country’s capacity to address the issue of illegal logging.
