Integrating Human Rights and Gender Equality in Evaluations - UNEG - 2014
Library
This document defines an evaluation as "a systematic and impartial assessment of policies, programmes, projects and other activities through which an organization, its partners, the intervention’s stakeholders or persons interested in its results can 'obtain systematic, meaningful feedback about the successes and shortcomings of its endeavours'. As such, this evaluation should be as meaningful, systematic, and impartial as possible. So, all factors must be considered, especially Human Rights and Gender Equality. As such, this document focuses on the importance of integrating these ideas into evaluations, along with explanations of how to do so.
