While it is good to be inspired, it is also worth to note that nobody is perfect and.. apart the German dev agency, major other international agencies are a bit "old fashioned" (dating from 2008). For example USAID is currently modernising, Gates foundation is developing a totally new web communication strategy and etc. So we'll be revamping at the same time...
