- The course is open to mid-to-senior level decision makers and/or experts (civilians and military) from EU Member States and relevant EU Institutions and Agencies. The priority will be given to experts that currently work or will take part in climate change mainstreaming policy development and implementation at the national and/ or EU level, personnel involved in civil protection, disaster management, humanitarian assistance, capacity building and education and training expert, faculty advisers, professors, consultants and analysts.
- Applications are to be filled out by the national ENLIST nominators via the ESDC secured registration system https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/ENList/web/app.php/login no later than: 21 March 2019.
