Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Template - Tools4Dev - (2015)

This is a template put out under the Creative Commons 3.0 license by Tools4Dev. It's a very straightforward document, and simple to understand. As the title suggests, it is a basic template for creating a Monitoring and Evaluation plan for a project. It does much of the work required to create an M&E plan and just really leaves an individual a bunch of blanks to fill out with the required information.

I must add, however, that making an M&E plan requires far more thought and work than simply filling out this template needs. So, this would be better understood as a guide to formatting M&E plans than as an actual resource to directly use in making them.
