Publication: Atlas of Socioterritorial Movements in Latin America and the Caribbean
This open-access publication, produced by CLACSO, UNESP and UNESCO, maps socioterritorial movements and collective action across 12 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Drawing on data from April 2023, it explores the location, intensity and demands of rural and urban mobilisation, including struggles around land, housing, water and wider social rights, and connects these movements to the Sustainable Development Goals.
The atlas brings together maps, graphics, tables and empirical data, offering a useful resource for civil society organisations, educators, researchers and others interested in participation, social movements and rights-based approaches.
Published by CLACSO, UNESP and UNESCO in July 2026. This resource is shared here as an external open-access publication.
