REBA Thematic brief No. 2: Targeting social transfers

This series of thematic briefs was written by Stephen Devereux, Frank Ellis and Philip White as part of the REBA (Regional Evidence Building Agenda) initiative. The briefs deal with cross-cutting subjects based on results of case studies carried out in six southern African countries (Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe)
