Views on recent news: The Comprehensive Framework for Action (CFA) was developed by the High Level Task Force (HLTF) as a means for building a coordinated response by the UN System and partners to the food price crisis in 2008. This document is being updated to take better account of all the dimensions of food security and changes in context.
