A Rough Guide to Value Chain Development - ILO - (2015)

This document, as the title indicates, acts as a general handbook in creating employment and improve working conditions in the areas that a project targets. It focuses exclusively on the importance of developing value chains when working to improve the quality of life of beneficiaries. It defines value chains as "the full range of activities that are required to bring a product or service from conception, through the intermediary phases of production and delivery to final consumers, and final disposal after use."
