Scaling up the EUWI country dialogue processes

Main ideas for replication of the EUWI country dialogue and roadmap process:
· The motor for scaling up should be based on the learning alliance concept – so a continent level platform that liaises with country MSF platforms. This assumes that other countries adopt the MSF model we are proposing for Mozambique
· The continent level platform should be AMCOW-TAC/WSS-Af led
