| Soft skills are crucial for employability, but research shows a gap between employers' expectations and the skills of job entrants, worsened by globalization, digital transformation, and post-COVID-19 demands. There is no universally accepted definition or assessment method for soft skills, which vary in meaning and delivery. The British Council emphasizes their importance and has implemented several soft skills projects in different TVET contexts. To enhance these initiatives, action research was conducted to identify challenges, necessary framework components, and effective delivery models, aiming to gather success factors and lessons learned for future projects. |
