Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Energy Sector Policy in Rwanda (2015)

The Government of Rwanda (GoR) and key stakeholders are preparing the National Energy Policy and Strategic Plan with financial support from several development partners. The EU delegation in Kigali has commissioned a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Energy Sector Policy. This SEA presents the results of the main reporting period after the scoping phase (July - October 2014).
