STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE EUWI

This paper aims to create a common understanding of the EUWI and to guide action in future years. It has been prepared following discussions in the EUWI Steering Group in January and May 2005, in the Multi-stakeholder Forum in August 2005, and then again in the Steering Group in October 2005 and January 2006. It has been revised on the basis of comments received and will be used to communicate the ideas, objectives and principles of the EUWI to a wider audience.
