Study on EC activities in the right to food area and on the relationship between food sovereignty and the right to food

This desk study has the overall objective to investigate whether and how the concept of the right to food could be integrated in a revised EC approach to food security and on whether and how to mainstream it in policy areas that could contribute to achieving "food security for all". The final report is structured in three main, highly interrelated chapters, namely:
- Chapter A: Introduction to relevant concepts
- Chapter B: The Right to Adequate Food in Practice
- Chapter C: How mainstreaming Right to Food into EC Policy Framework to assist Developing Countries addressing Agriculture and Food Security challenges.
Of particular interest, the chapter B that deals with questions relating to social transfers and LRRD.
