Evidence sample: the evaluation found that the ILO has used its particular expertise to facilitate and support Private Public Partnerships. Technical vocational education and training reform (TVET-R) linkages were formed between Government and training institutions with Industry and assisted Industry Skills Councils to be established in the five industry sectors of leather and leather goods, transport equipment, agro-food processing, information technology, and tourism and hospitality.
