ToR for EUWI Roving Ambassador

The WSS Country Dialogues, initially foreseen for ten African pilot countries, will be key to launching the EUWI across Africa. The vision is that the first ten countries would then be followed by others, gradually covering most of the continent. A revised concept of the Country Dialogues is being launched, under which they would provide “road maps to achieving the MDGs”.

Experience suggests that in many of the selected countries it may be necessary to prepare for the Country Dialogues to ensure that they move ahead as intended. It would be valuable for the EUWI to use an emissary for this purpose, referred to below as the Roving Ambassador.
