TORs_Integrated_Water_Resource Management_Draft_V2

These TORs are for a group of 10 well respected individuals from different parts of the world and with diverse backgrounds to analyse reports and other materials from around 100 research projects touching on IRWM.
The target is to produce two products (a technical report and a brochure with wider public appeal - both at least in English and perhaps, if possible for the brochure, also in Spanish, Portuguese and French)
