The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) have together developed the latest edition of "Trade and Green Economy: A Handbook".

The Handbook provides policymakers, civil servants, academics, and students with crucial information, rapidly briefing readers on the interaction of international trade, environment, and the green economy.It was written with the recognition that international environmental governance plays an increasing role in the way that the world’s natural resources are maintained and protected.

Its ultimate aim is to boost the interaction between trade and the Green Economy, thus opening up new possibilities to drive sustainable development.
