Description: The present report introduces the Triple-A benchmarking and evaluation methodology for assessing and categorising Energy Efficiency (EE) project ideas as potential investments to be undertaken by financing bodies. The result of the methodological application is the elaboration of EE project fiches which will be recognised and trusted by EE stakeholders. A special focus has also been given to identifying the most bankable projects that investors should consider for financing.
