Radio stations are the most important sources of information in rural areas in Africa. Storing, managing and linking the voice-based information of rural radios is important to make them more efficient. The radio will become a platform to share, exchange and spread locally created voice-based knowledge. This can give a voice to many people who were hitherto not connected to the information society.
