WYDE Grantee Project Factsheet: Ghana

This brief presents the work of EWEF, a WYDE | Women's Leadership grantee in Ghana, supported under the WYDE | Women’s Leadership programme, funded by the European Union and led by UN Women.

The project adopts a gender-transformative, participatory, and multi-stakeholder approach to strengthen young women’s leadership, transform discriminatory social norms, and promote women’s participation in public life in Ghana.

EWEF is amongst 16 women’s rights civil society organizations leading country-level interventions to advance women’s political participation and leadership.
