
I support leaders and organisations to achieve meaningful change with expertise in the following areas:
Leadership and organisational development: I help leaders and teams navigate complex challenges, enhance decision-making, and build capacity for sustainable growth. My approach is rooted in understanding both the formal and informal aspects of organisations, including power dynamics and the quality of relationships.
Influencing policy and practice: I work with organisations to develop and deliver effective influencing strategies and advocacy campaigns. This includes undertaking policy analysis and advising on outputs and activities, promoting the use of knowledge, as well as internal governance, and evaluating the impact of interventions.
Strengthening innovation systems: I analyse and advise on knowledge and decision making systems, including the production and use of knowledge, stakeholder consultation processes and partnerships between various actors (including how equitable they are).
I've worked on a diverse range of issues (climate change, social affairs, amongst others); with a diverse range of clients, including foundations, government agencies, universities, think tanks, NGOs, and international organisations; and with clients located across the world.
