Mr Antoni-Perez is a consultant and project manager with more than 15 years of professional experience helping a broad range of clients in their efforts to address sustainable economic growth and climate change.
Mr Antoni-Perez has a track record of successful management and leadership in challenging environments. He has acquired hands-on knowledge working in more than 20 countries in Asia, Europe, North America and South America, managing cross-functional teams and handling complex political and bureaucratic systems. He has led the implementation of international cooperation and development projects valued at more than $15m and supervised the work of more than 100 people in remote locations.
Mr Antoni-Perez has ample experience working with international organisations like the United Nations, the European Union (EU), the World Trade Organization, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Secretariat of the Central European Free Trade Agreement. He has an excellent working knowledge of international trade issues and climate governance, including the relationship between trade and the environment, the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, the EU climate acquis and the European Green Deal.
Mr Antoni-Perez has a background in law, with qualifications to practice in civil and common law jurisdictions (New York and Venezuela). He has law degrees from New York University, the National University of Singapore and Andres Bello Catholic University (Caracas).
