I am an education-focused monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) practitioner with 15+ years of experience. I have worked in over 10 countries, delivering MERL services to ministries of education via contracts with USAID, World Bank, and others. The last seven years I worked as a Technical Director at Social Impact, a not-for-profit that provides MERL services to U.S. government agencies and foundations. Prior to that, I completed my doctorate in Education Policy at University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her research and evaluation interests are across all levels of education, particularly youth transitions from school to work.
