I have a Master's degree in Pedagogy, Career Counseling and Career Coaching. Since my university years, I have been actively involved with non-governmental organizations. I have worked and continue to work in them as a project manager, promotion and communications specialist, career counsellor and educator. I write projects and design and implement workshops for youth, adults and seniors, including people with lower opportunities.
In 2019, as part of the "Integrated Development Program of the University of Wrocław II 2019-2023" project, coordinated by the UNESCO Chair in Lifelong Career Guidance, I carried out study visits to the University of Lisbon (Faculdade de Psicologia) and other career guidance institutions, including Centro de Emprego de Lisboa, Instituto de Orientação Profissional (IOP), Orientação Vocacional e Coaching (OVC). I also had an opportunity to work under the supervision of Professor Maria Eduarda Duarte - a leading expert in career counselling and a pioneer of the Life Design approach.
I have successfully delivered multiple projects related to internships for young people and job shadowing for educators (VET projects under the Erasmus+ Programme) in various EU countries, as well as the digitalization of educators' work (including „The E-Team" project).
Currently, alongside my work at the Dolnośląska Federacja Organizacji Pozarządowych (Lower Silesian Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations), I collaborate with the Portuguese organization Associação Educativa Nacional de Inclusão e Inovação nas Escolas-AENIE (National Association for Educational Innovation and Integration in Schools) on educational initiatives. My recent work includes supporting people with disabilities through personal assistance, developing educational mobility for autistic youth and facilitating mobility programs for seniors with disabilities. I also design inclusive educational programs and tailored support for individuals with special needs.
