I am a development economist with 30 years of experience in EU-funded international cooperation and a strong track record in Africa, the Caribbean and Pacific, Latin America, the MENA region, and Southeast Asia. With a focus on sustainable investment and private sector engagement, I have provided advisory support on the design, quality assurance, and results monitoring of blending and budgetary guarantee operations under EFSD and EFSD+.
As an expert and team leader, I have completed over 50 economic and social development assignments, particularly in Africa. My work spans project identification and formulation studies, final and mid-term evaluations, informing EU learning, monitoring system design, and results analysis for DG INTPA, EU Delegations, Development Financial Institutions, and ACP regional organisations.
Since 2019, I have supported INTPA D4 in assuring the quality of design, monitoring, results reporting, and learning.
