Lawyer by training, Carole has an extensive experience in OCTs and ACP countries biodoversity conservation projects and environemental policies.
Her diffrent responsabilities has been giving her the opportunities to work both at the local, national and regional levels with a wide diversity of stakeholders. Overyseeing now a vast portfolio of grants in OCTs and ACP countries she has a very good expertise and experience in re-granting mechanisms, capacity-building, support to local communities, gender issues and M&E.
