I am a corporate and energy lawyer with 15+ years of experience advising public and private clients on high-stakes legal matters across Latin America. My focus includes international arbitration, corporate governance, energy regulation, infrastructure contracts (EPC/EPCM), and ESG compliance.
I’ve worked with leading companies such as Total, Repsol, Shell, and national energy companies including YPFB and its subsidiaries. I currently serve as Vice President of AEE Bolivia Chapter and am a regional delegate of ICC YAAF. I’ve held leadership and board roles in both the public and private sector and have actively contributed to major industry publications and World Bank reports.
