I am a qualified, dedicated and experienced development expert, specialising development
aid program formulation, implementation and evaluation. My most recent role has been the
coordination of financial operations of Middle Blacksea Development Agency which is
responsible for regional development of TR83 Nuts II Region in Turkey.
My last 12 years in Development Agency has seen me plan, implement, evaluate and report
on programs that provide sustainable regional development. During this process, I have been
directly involved more than 20 grant programs, 7 technical support programs, EU and JICA
funded projects. This brought me the project management knowledge and the capacity to
analysis needs and find solutions in a corporate but tailor made way.
I have a strong academic grounding in sustainable development, finance and international
business thanks to my bachelor, master program and PhD. (ongoing). In addition, I commonly deal with
reading and preparing reports on sustainable development issues as part of my job.
