I am a Program Management professional with a career rooted in the practical implementation of European policies and international cooperation. My experience is built on a sequence of roles within the EU ecosystem, beginning with university-based projects and the Europe Direct network, where I focused on bridging the gap between European institutions and the public.
This foundation led me to work within specialised frameworks such as the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA/EASO), and later the EU Framework Projects where I managed projects in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments. My transition into my current role with the Open Government Partnership (OGP) has allowed me to integrate my former experience with a deep commitment to transparency and governance. I focus on streamlining program lifecycles to ensure that international initiatives are not only operationally efficient but also adhere to the highest standards of accountability.
Across these diverse settings, my goal remains to apply structured project management methodologies to the fields of open government and democratic reform. I am dedicated to making international programs more accessible and transparent, ensuring they deliver measurable value within the European Union and beyond.
