• More of 45 years of professional experience of which over 25 years of relevant professional experience in the implementation of Geographic Information System projects and Quality Control. Well-versed in Land/Geographical Information Systems, Land Use/Cover, EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), Cadastre, IT systems and spatial databases
• Sound experience in the management of complex TA assignments and missions as team leader of multi-sectoral teams. In charge of the overall management of the project, contributing to the effective implementation of it and being responsible for the overall quality, coordination, fulfilment of the activities and outputs/deliverables, strategic planning; risk and conflict management, as well as reporting of complex projects
• Sound knowledge of all matters related to: data modelling and validation, quality control; defining conceptual and logical models for the implementation of projects; modelling procedures and standards (ISO/ANSI-IEEE-INSPIRE-UML-LCCS/LCML). Experience in Methodology/Operational Manuals related to Project Implementations in the field of spatial databases and geographical information.
