Administration Specialist & RTA Assistant

I am an administration specialist and resident twinning adviser (RTA) assistant supporting an EU-funded twinning project in Ethiopia. I work closely with international and national experts to coordinate project activities, organize missions, workshops, and trainings, and facilitate effective collaboration between EU Member State institutions and the Ethiopian beneficiary authority.

My professional experience includes project administration, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and HR support. I am passionate about institutional capacity building, knowledge sharing, and strengthening public institutions through international cooperation. With a background in medical laboratory science and ongoing MBA studies, I combine analytical thinking with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to impactful and sustainable development initiatives.
