• 11 years of experience as a Project Manager in different countries (Europe, Asia, Africa).
• 8 years as Framework Contract Project Manager, searching for experts, writing technical proposals, and managing missions within the EU FwC Lots 1 (COM 2011), 11 (BENEF 2013), 3 and 5 (SIEA 2018), EVA2020, etc.
• Responsible, since 2018, for Ecorys Lot 3 Consortium (Human Rights, Democracy, and Peace).
• Proficiency in using EU tools and platforms: OPSYS, EVAL, CRIS, CIRCABC.
• Experience in proposal writing, monitoring, and implementing projects funded by private and public donors (EU, UNDP, EIB, Public Institutions, private companies).
• Knowledge of EU PRAG and Communication and Visibility Manual for EU External Actions.
• Experience in managing EU funded projects; good knowledge of project cycle management (PCM/LFA/needs analysis); experience in writing and evaluating project proposals; good knowledge about, and experience with, EU Financial Regulations, rules and procedures of EU institutions, bodies and programmes.
• Experience working in developing and unstable countries and war zones (Madagascar coup d’état in 2009; Iraq occupation by Daesh in 2015).
• Direct communication with clients, senior EC officials, and participants (government and senior officials in ministries or international organizations, diplomatic corps, civil society organizations and NGO representatives.)
