The EU restricted group aims at sharing the key-concepts, tools and some content of the 3 trainings of the Fundamental Training Package where we have Incorporated some intercultural competences. Here you can find some key information on the intercultural approach and keep learning it before/after attending one of the trainings.
The Intercultural Approach Programme (formerly InCA) is an interdisciplinary action-research programme which was developed by DG INTPA. It aims at increasing the effectiveness and the results of the EU external policies and interventions though an intercultural sensitive partnership with countries and implementing organisations.
