I am an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist and Management Information Systems (MIS) Consultant with over a decade of expertise in project management, data analysis. Currently, I serve as a Consultant for the World Bank and EU funded Agriculture Sector Modernization Project (ASMP) in Sri Lanka, implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture. In this role, I manage the MIS across 12 districts, supporting over 15,000 farmers, and oversee the preparation of progress reports, implementation plans, and capacity-building programs for project stakeholders.
With an M.Sc. in GIS and Remote Sensing, I bring advanced skills in data-driven decision-making and geospatial analysis. My work on ASMP involves integrating monitoring frameworks with systems like EU OPSYS, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and aligning indicator achievements with project milestones.
Previously, I contributed to several ADB-funded projects, where I developed performance management systems, customized IT solutions for local councils, and streamlined operational processes. As a Local Coordinator for an Asset Management Project in 2019, I led GPS data collection, asset inventory creation, and condition assessments, which informed strategic planning and resource allocation.
My expertise extends to international collaborations, having worked with professionals from France, India, and the Philippines. This experience has enhanced my ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and deliver results in diverse teams. I am adept at using EU OPSYS for encoding indicator achievements and tracking project outcomes, ensuring transparent and efficient reporting.
With a passion for leveraging technology and data to improve project outcomes, I am committed to supporting sustainable development initiatives and fostering impactful collaborations.
