I have an MPhil in Peace, Conflict and Development Studies and more than 13 years of work experience in international development. My thematic expertise is in gender equality and governance and I am experienced in applying a range of planning, monitoring and evaluation methods. Since 2017 I am a planning expert with focus on gender equality at Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Previously, I worked at Itad and the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) in the UK, where I designed, managed and conducted qualitative research, evaluations and knowledge management. Prior to that, I was an advisor at GIZ in Zambia, supporting the Civil Society Participation in Governance Reform Processes and Access to Justice programmes.
