Circular Know-How Economy Africa-Europe (Circular migration young African professionals) is an informal/formal programme fully financed by Belgian private enterprises, at the initial request of ten Senegalese highly educated engineers, economists and agronomists looking for a one year remunerated work-immersion in European modern industrial enterprises.
Country (Belgium: a relatively small country with 11 million population)
So far twelve young engineers and agronomists, originating from Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroun, Senegal and Mali have taken advantage of this program in seven different Belgian companies.
The programme is open for all African countries and believes in the need for all other European countries to engage in a similar programme for the massive and permanent transfer of advanced industrial processes and technologies to Africa.
