I am an innovative and hardworking young professional with a passion for driving social impact and entrepreneurial success. With a background in startup development, fundraising, and operations, I currently serve as a Social Impact Analyst at Rethink Ireland, where I support Irish projects through the Green and Digital Transitions. Developing climate policy, including advice on climate strategies and action plans. My leadership roles, including co-founding VapeBox, a smart recycling scheme for single-use vapes, and managing a 102-member motorsport team, highlight my ability to drive strategic growth and foster collaboration on a grassroots level and an EU level. I am eager to contribute my expertise to initiatives that foster capacity building and sustainable development.
