Development and Partnerships Manager for the Mediterranean Region and Asia at CFI, the French media development public agency since 2023. He designs and secures financing for projects that support journalists, media outlets, and civil society organizations across MENA. His work is focused on empowering local media ecosystems and ensuring populations have access to reliable and diverse information. Louis has over ten years of experience in international cooperation and project management within the media and film industries in Europe, West Africa, and China. Prior to CFI, he led research and development funds for TV series at the French National Centre for Cinema and served as the film and media attaché at the Consulate of France in Hong Kong and Macau. He holds a Master's degree in lobbying (France) and another in cultural management (UK).
