Held significant roles in international organisations such as UNDP, OPCW, EUROPOL, and EULEX Kosovo, designing and leading comprehensive digital transformation and information management initiatives. Assisted the Government of Botswana in implementing its national Digital Transformation Strategy in the public sector and spearheaded its Business Process Re-engineering Initiative as a strategic, human-centred approach to digital transformation, systemic change, and innovation across the entire public sector. Lectured and conducted research and consultancy projects at the University of Ljubljana, contributing to projects (funded through national and EU funding programmes) for the national and EU governments aimed to streamline public sector processes and services through digital and organisational advancements. Among others, developed a holistic framework and a roadmap for implementation of online one-stop-government assisting national governments in their digital transformation endeavours.
