Mr. Garcia Prieto has worked as communication expert for GIZ on a series of regional and national projects in West Africa (ARAP), Brussels (EODS, EU Alumni Engagement), Latin America and Caribbean (GCRSP), Western Balkans (WBIF) and in the MENA region (SUDEP South, ETSP, SNGID 2035, RECOSA, PACS). He has extensive experience as communication expert on EU funded projects, in charge of the conception, design and implementation of strategic communication actions (communication strategy, annual action plans, website content, visibility material, social networks, newsletters, etc.). As a content developer, experienced in online and offline writing, development and creation of multimedia products to be disseminated on social network profiles and online and offline media. He has a content management background and animator of online communities such as GC21, e-Learning, and other blended learning tools. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
