I am an independent consultant from Azerbaijan with 10+ years of experience and holds the expertise in economics for Energy sector. I have been part of evaluating and creating multiple National Sectoral Roadmap for the Ministry of Energy Azerbaijan and State Agency on Alternative & Renewable Energy Sources of Azerbaijan and prepared draft for strategic programs, monitored financial/economical side of the Implemented Projects. I was Chair of International Energy Charter Investment Group 01.01.2015 - 01.01.2017; After merging Groups of "Trade and Transit", "Investment" and "Energy Efficiency" of the International Energy Charter, Vice-chair of the "Implementation Group”, 01.01.2017 - 15.05.2018.
I have also published paper on “Application of innovations trends and activities in the framework of the State Programs”, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, 2011.
