In 2018, I transitioned to [24]7 ai, a prominent AI-powered customer service provider renowned for its expertise in voice and digital channels. This role provided me with invaluable insights into leveraging technology to enhance and streamline omnichannel strategies, further enriching my professional journey.
From a young age, technology has been my natural realm. I fondly recall my earliest encounters with gadgets like the Spectrum ZX at the age of 5. Growing up as part of the first generation to truly embrace technology, I've always believed in its potential to serve a greater good when used responsibly.
