My name is Samar Alloubani, and I am currently the Project Coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa unit at Berghof Foundation, based in Beirut. I am leading the coordination of the EU-funded project titled “Inclusive Local and National-Level Dialogue in Lebanon: Supporting Reform Options, Vision-Building, and Concrete Action for Service Delivery and Social Cohesion.”
With over eight years of experience in project design and implementation, I have worked extensively with nonprofit organizations including UNRWA, NRC, and Proximity International, managing development, emergency, and protection projects across Lebanon. My work has focused particularly on social cohesion and humanitarian response.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Lebanese International University (LIU). My expertise includes stakeholder engagement, grants management, and program development, with a strong track record of collaboration with international donors and local partners to deliver sustainable and impactful results.
