
I am Solomon Molla Abera from Haramaya University, Ethiopia. My academic journey, marked by unwavering growth, began with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Gondar. This foundation led me to pursue two Master of Arts degrees: one in Education: Curriculum Studies (Curriculum and Instruction) and the other in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
I have served as a team leader for academic program design, development, and review at Haramaya University. Notably, I spearheaded the development of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. My dedication to educational excellence is further evidenced by my tenure on various academic councils and committees of the university. With years of rich teaching experience in Adult Education and Community Development, I have crafted and facilitated courses that delve into the pivotal elements of education, such as social change, sustainable development, curriculum studies, and instructional technology. My passion for enhancing educational practices extends beyond the classroom. I actively participate in orchestrating national conferences and diverse training workshops, fostering the professional growth of my peers.
In the research domain, I have authored several scholarly papers, exploring the nuances of co-curricular activities in secondary schools, the intricacies of ICT integration in education, and the dynamics of cooperative learning.
